## 4. ELIGIBILITY TO MAKE A RESERVATION
You must provide accurate and complete information when making a reservation.
By making a reservation, you confirm that:

* you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;

* you will comply with the accommodation provider’s applicable house rules and conditions;
* you will provide accurate information concerning the number of guests staying at the property.
The person making the reservation is responsible for ensuring that all members of their party comply with these Terms and with the rules of the selected riad.

## 5. RESERVATION PROCESS
A reservation made through Riads Kech generally follows these steps:
1. You select your check-in and check-out dates.
2. You select the number of guests.
3. You select the available accommodation or room.
4. The applicable price and booking conditions are displayed.
5. You provide the required guest information.
6. You review your reservation.
7. You pay the required amount shown at checkout.
8. Your reservation is recorded in the Riads Kech booking system.
9. A booking confirmation is issued once the reservation has been successfully processed.
**A reservation is considered confirmed only when Riads Kech has successfully processed the booking and issued a booking confirmation.**
An incomplete payment, payment failure, technical error or failure to receive a booking confirmation does not constitute a confirmed reservation.

## 6. PRICES
Prices displayed on Riads Kech are shown in the currency indicated during the booking process.
The applicable price is the price displayed at the time the reservation is submitted, subject to any clearly stated taxes, fees, extras or applicable conditions.
The total amount may depend on:

* the number of nights;
* the number of guests;
* the selected room or unit;
* applicable seasonal rates;
* additional services or extras;
* applicable taxes or fees;
* promotional offers or discounts.
Any additional charges that are known and applicable at the time of booking will be displayed during the booking process where reasonably possible.

## 7. DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT
Riads Kech may require the guest to pay a deposit or other amount at the time of booking.
The amount required for payment is clearly displayed before the guest confirms the reservation.
Where a deposit is collected, the remaining balance may be payable directly to the accommodation provider according to the booking conditions displayed for the selected riad.
The applicable payment schedule is stated in the reservation information and/or booking confirmation.
Payments made through the Riads Kech website are processed using the payment services available on the website, including Stripe where applicable.
Riads Kech does not receive or store the guest’s complete card number or security code on its own servers when payment is processed through Stripe.
A payment may be refused, reversed or delayed by the payment provider for reasons outside Riads Kech’s control.

## 8. RESERVATION AVAILABILITY
The availability displayed on the website is based on the availability recorded in the Riads Kech reservation system.
Our booking system is designed to prevent two guests from successfully reserving the same room for overlapping dates.
However, in exceptional circumstances, including technical failures, synchronization errors, inaccurate information supplied by an accommodation provider, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, an accommodation may become unavailable after a reservation attempt.
If Riads Kech is unable to honor a confirmed reservation because the selected accommodation is unavailable, we will make reasonable efforts to:
* contact the guest;
* propose a suitable alternative accommodation, where available and acceptable;
* or provide the applicable refund or other remedy required under the circumstances and applicable law.

## 9. CANCELLATION BY THE GUEST
Cancellation conditions vary depending on the selected riad and rate.
The applicable cancellation policy is displayed during the booking process and forms part of the reservation terms.
Depending on the selected accommodation, a cancellation may be:
* fully refundable;
* partially refundable;
* subject to a cancellation fee;
* non-refundable.
The guest should carefully review the cancellation policy before completing the reservation.
Where a refund is due, the refund will be processed according to the applicable booking conditions and payment method.

## 10. CHANGES TO A RESERVATION
Requests to change a reservation, including changes to dates, number of guests, room type or other booking details, are subject to availability and the conditions of the accommodation provider.

* an alternative accommodation;
* a change of dates;
* a refund of amounts paid through Riads Kech;
* or another appropriate solution.

## 12. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in and check-out times are determined by the individual riad.
The applicable times and instructions may be communicated in the accommodation listing, booking confirmation or directly by the accommodation provider.
Guests are responsible for following the property’s check-in instructions.
If a guest expects to arrive late or outside the normal check-in period, the guest should contact the riad or Riads Kech in advance.
