Booking Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before making your reservation
1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Upon making a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details within 24 hours.
2. Payment Terms
A deposit of 10% of the total booking amount is charged online by card (via Stripe) to secure your reservation. The remaining 90% is paid directly to the riad, on arrival or according to the payment conditions shown in your booking confirmation.
3. Cancellation Policy
14 days or more before check-in: full refund of the deposit
7 to 13 days before check-in: 50% of the deposit refunded
Less than 7 days before check-in, or no-show: the deposit is not refunded
Cancellations must be made in writing by email to contact@riads-kech.com. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
4. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in and check-out times are set by each riad and are shown on the riad page and in your booking confirmation.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
5. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to respect the property and Moroccan cultural norms. Any damage to the riad or its contents will be charged to the guest. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Parties and loud gatherings are not permitted.
6. Modifications
Changes to your booking (dates, number of guests, room type) are subject to availability and may change the price. If new dates are confirmed, your deposit is transferred to the new booking. Reducing the stay or changing dates less than 7 days before check-in follows the cancellation rules above.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or civil unrest.
